   Hi, some questions on colonic cleansing:

   Is it something you need a few days to recover from, or can you go right back to your normal life without problem or side effects?

   I have heard that your beneficial bacteria is removed too during the process and can mess up your stomachs digestive balance. Is that true?

   I have also heard that STDs like Aids and Hepitits can be spread. Is that true and is there any risk at all for this?
